Leave MP: Brexit can't promise immigration drop

Leave campaigner Nigel Evans says there had been "some misunderstanding” over the Leave campaign’s position on reducing immigration.

Asked by Stephen Nolan if reducing immigration had been "inferred" by the Leave campaign, the Conservative MP said the plan was always to “control” it, not necessarily reduce it.
