What was said about Orgreave in the House of Lords?
Andy Burnham is accusing Home Office Minister Lord Keen of Elie of misleading Parliament over comments in the House of Lords. Lord Keen told peers last week that:
Quote Message: There is, of course, a desire to respond to this as soon as possible, but perhaps I could put it into context. Following the conclusion of the inquests on 26 April, the IPPC commissioned a barrister to go through some 10,000 documents that had been provided by South Yorkshire Police in the context of the Orgreave investigation. The IPCC told Home Office officials that if it announced any action to set up an inquiry or other investigation relating to Orgreave, it would have an impact on the Hillsborough investigation. It is for that reason that the decision will be taken only once that part has been concluded."

Burnham calls for inquiry announcement
BBC Politics

Andy Burnham calls on the home secretary to announce an inquiry into Orgreave today.
The shadow home secretary says he promised the Hillsborough families the "full truth about the 20 year cover up. They wont have it until after Orgeave."
An "unexpected announcement" in the House of Lords now means that will be "substantially delayed".
This was a "misleading impression given to Parliament" and says a clear message, announcing an inquiry today, will help settle any worries that the Home Office are trying to "shunt a controversial issue into the long grass".

She says an inquiry into Orgreave is "one of the most important issues in my in-tray", and offers to meet campaigners and Andy Burnham to discuss the issues.
