Why everyone should read Elechi Amadi's "The Concubine"
The renowned Nigerian author Elechi Amadi has died aged 82. His most famous novel "The Concubine" was published in 1966 and went on to become a set text in schools across Africa. And his work is still loved by Nigerians of all ages - including the young novelist Chibundu Onuzo.
