  1. Until tomorrow!

One of our team is branding tomorrow as Super Saturday - and there's plenty up for grabs for Great Britain.

Lizzy Yarnold and Laura Deas make their medal bids, there's Elise Christie and co in the speed skain 1,500m and Izzy Atkin and Katie Summerhayes in the slopestyle.

And that's not to mention the curling, ski jumping and biathlon that's also on tomorrow.

    We'll see you then.

It seems fitting that we leave it to Dom Parsons to have the last word.

  3. Post update

Esmee Visser spoiled Martina Sablikova's party as she denied her the chance to win a third straight women's 5,000m title.

A time of six minutes 50.23 seconds ensured Visser took home the gold.

That's 13th medals for the Netherlands in South Korea.

There was a similar outcome at the end of the men's skeleton, as Ghana's Akwasi Frimpong celebrated the end of his Winter Olympics with a dance...

  5. Post update

One guy who was happy after the cross-country skiing was Tonga's Pita Taufatofua.

He and last man across the line German Madrazo were warmly greeted by their fellow competitors as they finished the race.

  6. Post update

It wasn't all joy for the Brits, though - Andrew Musgrave was not happy with himself after he finished 28th in the cross country 15km, calling his performane "shocking".

There was also a loss for GB's male curlers against Sweden.

  7. Post update

Laura Deas was in fifth after her first run but she bounced back in spectacular style on her Olympic debut.

A super speedy second run saw her end the day in fourth place - 0.17 seconds off the lead and firmly in medal contention alongside Yarnold.

    .
  8. Post update

It's all down to Lizzy Yarnold and Laura Deas now.

Yarnold, the defending Olympic champion, is currently third in the skeleton standings after two runs.

She led after the first run, but she goes into tomorrow trailing leader Jacqueline Loelling by 0.10secs.

  9. Post update

In the small hours of the morning, Great Britian claimed their first medal of the Games.

Dominic Parsons came through a dramatic final run to become the first British man since 1948 to win a medal in the skeleton.

You could say he was rather pleased abut it...

  10. Post update

Shall we have a little recap of what's gone on today?

    Why not...

  11. Post update

Britain's men have won two and lost two of their round robin matches so far. They're third in the table - the top four teams will advance to the semi-finals.

GB's men are back in action tomorrow against Korea.

  12. Game over - Britain lose

    Curling: GB 6-8 Sweden - Men's round-robin

Sweden skip Niklas Edin eats these stones for breakfast. He makes no mistake, skittling Britain's remaining pair and sealing a fourth win from four.

But make no mistake - that was a magnificent effort from the British rink. Kyle Smith and his crew are competing in their first Olympics and pushed the experienced Swedes, one of the favourites in Pyeongchang, all the way.

  13. Post update

    Curling: GB 6-8 Sweden - Men's round-robin

Kyle Smith goes down the left side of the sheet, clipping that Swedish stone in the outer ring out of play and just edging inside t'other.

But that means Sweden have a chance of taking out both of Britain's stones with their final one. And that, my friends, would mean it is game over...

  14. Post update

    Curling: GB 6-8 Sweden - Men's round-robin

Sweden are taking their time over their penultimate stone, skip Niklas Edin skating down the sheet to asses the situation closely.

He's got a plan: hit the British stone on the left edge and keep his inside the house. He's done it. Each team have a stone in the outer ring, with Sweden's second in the centre....

  15. OAR thrash Slovenia

Men's ice hockey: OAR 8-2 Slovenia

Olympic Athletes from Russia score eight as they beat Slovenia 8-2 in the group stages in the men's ice hockey.

  16. Post update

    Curling: GB 6-8 Sweden - Men's round-robin

Let's not forget, Britain have the hammer (that's the final throw, remember) in this final end. That means they have a huge advantage and should win it. But the question is how many points can they get? They look in good position to nab two, which would take it into sudden death...

  17. Winners are grinners

    Nick Hope

    BBC Sport in Pyeongchang

    HE’S GOT THAT MEDAL!

Dom Parsons may finally have a chance to relax now after another round of interviews.

“It was a huge boost to us seeing him win that medal today” says Laura Deas, who is in fourth heading into the final two runs of the women’s event tomorrow.

Lizzy Yarnold, who is in third, adds: “what an inspiration!”

    Curling: GB 6-8 Sweden - Men's round-robin

    Steve Cram

    Curling commentator on BBC TV

Great Britain have matched Sweden most of the way, but they will be disappointed they don't close it out if it does not go their way. It is the toughest match Sweden have had, they have had three comfortable wins so far.

  19. Post update

    Curling: GB 6-8 Sweden - Men's round-robin

"Line's good Kyle!" Brit sweeper Cammie Smith shouts encouragement to his skip brother as they try to set about the Swedes.

But... it's one in the house, one guarding for the Swedes. A good start for the European champions...
