Arsenal boss, Unai Emery on the Gunner's performance:

"They worked very well, they were very organised. We worked and took risks in the match too. We have chances and they had chances also.

"This team, when they scored the first goal, you need to bring things tactically because they were very organised. You need to take a risk.

"They had chances in the last minute because our mentality was still to win.

"For me the match is difficult and we needed to take chances and play tactically. Above all we needed to score.

"I am happy with every player because they worked and with a good attitude.

"We need to continue and to work better. We want to win but then you draw. We want to continue our way and carry on.

On the injury time: "I wanted to play more, we wanted to carry on to win but for those 90 minutes the referee is the boss."

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola speaking to Match of the Day: "We deserved the victory. The first half we played a little bit with fear but football is a game and we didn't want to lose the ball. We didn't want to attack and they defended well.

"In the second half the game is a bit open so we have to find more space but we made a good performance against a top, top team .

On why his team had 'fear': "We wanted to play good in front of our fans and we know how important it is to play in this game. But we did well and that goal from Sergio Aguero helped us a lot after half-time.

"Man United have this amazing quality so they don't need too much to punish you. These kinds of situations can happen [the second goal]. We reacted so well. This time we didn't concede another chance.

“It was a hard game for us, in the first half we didn’t play our best and in the second half we had many chances and Wolverhampton had some chances as well.

“They were very deep and had fast players for the counter attack so it was very difficult for us.

“It was a difficult start because we conceded so it was easier for Wolverhampton to defend and they played on the counter so it was more difficult."

On the run without loss: “I think that is just a statistic, we wanted to win, we just drew and it is a disappointment. It’s most important for us to win the next game.

“I think there was an injured player, he was on the floor for two or three minutes so maybe we could have got a few extra minutes but that was not the problem today.”

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho speaking to Sky Sports: "I think it is not a bad performance at all. It was a performance with mistakes and we paid for it. All three goals are our mistakes. Against a team like City, if you make mistakes you will get punished.

"We had two matches away [Juventus and then City], it is not the physical effort but the mental pressure. I think some of the boys felt it a little bit.

Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan speaking to Sky Sports: "Unfortunately we weren't able to score more than two last time but today we scored three and won the game so we're very happy.

"It was very important to score the third one. They have ability to create chances. The third one killed it because it was so late.

"He told me to keep the rhythm high and use the spaces. I played in the middle of David Silva and Fernandinho. We wanted to keep the ball and it worked out well."

Man City striker Sergio Aguero: "For me it was more important to get three points but it's always nice to score.
