  1. Post update

That is that for this Bundesliga season.

Here's the final table. Congrats also to Bayer Leverkusen who grabbed the fourth Champions League spot.

    Thanks for reading.

    .
  2. Post update

Up on Bayern's 'judgement deck' club chiefs Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Uli Hoeness sip on fizzy bevvies from a flutes.

Back on terra firma Bayern greats form a sort of guard of honour with one of them, Lothar Matthaus, set to hand over the Meisterschale (Champions' shield) on the stage.

  3. Post update

    Borussia Monchengladbach 0-2 Borussia Dortmund

At Borussia Park, the Dortmund players have gone over to their congregation in the corner and acknowledged them by linking shoulders and bouncing up and down, which is one of those football things.

  4. Post update

    Bayern Munich 5-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

Back at the Allianz Arena, Arjen Robben, Franck Ribery and Rafinha are being embraced by several of their team-mates.

It's auf wiedersehen from Bayern's home for the trio.

  5. FULL-TIME

    Borussia Monchengladbach 0-2 Borussia Dortmund

It's all over at Borussia Park.

Dortmund did their bit today but having led the league for a large part of the season and having had a nine-point lead, they have to settle for the runner-up spot.

There is disappointment, but perhaps all the tears were spread over the past few weeks.

  6. BAYERN ARE BUNDESLIGA CHAMPIONS

    Bayern Munich 5-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

    Again.

  7. Post update

    Borussia Monchengladbach 0-2 Borussia Dortmund

Over at Borussia Park, it looks like the Dortmund players are counting down the minutes and seconds.

The away support in a large little yellow corner are still in fine voice.

  8. Post update

    Bayern Munich 5-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

Frankfurt are back into seventh spot and a Europa League place because rivals Hoffenheim are drawing 2-2 at Mainz.

A bit of a silver lining.

  9. GREAT SAVE!

    Bayern Munich 5-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

Arjen Robben almost scored his 100th league goal!!! Twice!!! If that makes sense!!!

Kevin Trapp first ensures his feet are in the way to divert a low shot from the Dutchman and then seconds later Robben almost scores a 'typical Robben goal' by cutting in from the right and smacking an effort that Trapp does well to block.

  10. GOAL - ARJEN ROBBEN SCORES ON HIS FINAL BUNDESLIGA APPEARANCE!!!

    .

Yes, I've broken from BBC 'GOAL' protocol, but this was a special occasion.

The ever effervescent Dutchman Arjen Robben scores his 99th German league goal from about a yard out from David Alaba's low cross.

His team-mates, who surrounded Franck Ribery moments earlier, embrace the wily Bayern veteran.

It wasn't a typical Robben finish, but who cares.

    Can he get 100?

  11. GOAL - Bayern Munich 4-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

    Franck Ribery

    One word. Fitting.

They've seen that kind of magic from Frenchman Franck Ribery several times over his 11 years at the club.

He comes into the area on the diagonal, swivels past two Frankfurt defenders before dinking his finish past the onrushing Kevin Trapp.

    Beautiful.

  12. OFF THE LINE!

    Bayern Munich 3-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

David Abraham does brilliantly to clear Joshua Kimmich's low shot from inside the area off the line.

It seems there are still goals in this one.

  13. SUBSTITUTION

    Bayern Munich 3-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

Mr. Wembley aka Arjen Robben also comes on for his final Bundesliga appearance.

The Dutch great also recently hinted at retiring from football.

Will he cut in from the wing and fire home for the final time?

Michael Sanders: Who ever is in charge of the live text is clearly a Dortmund fan.

I'm wearing a yellow wall hat.

  15. SUBSTITUTION

    Bayern Munich 3-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

Franck Ribery, with no doubt a tear or two in his eyes, comes on for Kingsley Coman for his final league appearance in a Bayern shirt.

  16. GOAL - Bayern Munich 3-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

    Renato Sanches (58 mins)

Yeah, it's one of those days.

Renato Sanches, a first-half sub for Leon Goretzka, has enough power on his very tight angled shot to beat Kevin Trapp, who failed to get a strong glove on it.

    Poor from the keeper really.

The ex-Swansea loan player then pretty much runs to south Wales to celebrate with the Bayern subs.

  17. GOAL - Borussia Monchengladbach 0-2 Borussia Dortmund

    Marco Reus (54 mins)

Another beautiful flowing move ends with Marco Reus converting Christian Pulisic's low cross from close range.

Jadon Sancho was once again heavily involved, playing the pass to Pulisic's out on the right.

  18. GOAL - Bayern Munich 2-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

    David Alaba (53 mins)

    Oh well.

Who knows how the away support at Borussia Park are feeling now. Having had their hop[es revived moments earlier they are now back to square minus 1.

This time David Alaba follows up Kevin Trapp's failure to hold on to Thomas Muller's shot, after a move he started, by tapping in.

    Bayern back in full control.

  19. GOAL - Bayern Munich 1-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

    Sebastien Haller (50 mins)

    Now then.

What a mess in the Bayern defence. Filip Kostic whips in a corner from the left, the ball appears to hit a Bayern player comes off the bar and land in the path of sub Sebastien Haller who tucks home.

As it stands Bayern still win the title, but on a goal difference - and a very superior goal difference.

    Hang on!

  20. Post update

    Bayern Munich 1-0 Eintracht Frankfurt

Bayern winger Serge Gnabry goes on a mission down the right and manages to square the ball, but it falls into 'the Kevin Trapp' who sticks a foot out and clears from danger.
