Mental health: 'Talking is the most important thing'

Prince Harry has spoken of his regret that he took so long to talk about the impact of his mother's death when she died in a car crash in 1997.

Alison Baum, from the Heads Together campaign, led by Prince Harry alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge told Sarah Montague that they are help people to create an environment where people feel comfortable opening up about their problems.
