Watch: Forget 1966, Charlton brother plays football in Rotherham
Andy Kershaw
BBC Radio Sheffield News
As part of our look back to 1966, I've been to meet the youngest of the Charlton brothers.
Tommy Charlton, who lives in Rotherham, was a 20 year old apprentice, when his older brothers Bobby and Jackie played at Wembley in the World Cup Final.
He now plays a gentler kind of sport every week in Rotherham. "Bob sent me a ticket for the final" he says "but I was too skint to travel down to London, so I watched it on the telly"
They've launched a countywide campaign to give members of public the opportunity to safely hand in firearms and knives, until 1 August 2016, to try to remove illegal or unwanted weapons from local communities.
Blues made an initial bid of £1.2m for the 20-year-old non-league discovery. But they have had a second offer turned down for the former Ilkeston FC man.
"You can name six or seven teams in this division who, if they want a deal doing, can massively overpay to get that deal done," Rowett told BBC WM.

After signing a new three-year deal last summer, Adams netted 12 more goals in a Blades career that has so far brought him 54 appearances, 17 of them as a substitute, earning him a lot of interested admirers.
