Two Police Constables have been dismissed without notice from Humberside Police, which is responsible for areas in North Lincolnshire, following a misconduct hearing.
The first officer punched a man while detained which was deemed to be gross misconduct. The officer also lied about the location of an arrest and didn't tell supervisors when he was going home.
The second officer was present and didn't report the incident when a detainee was punched and also fell asleep whilst carrying out cell watch on a vulnerable detainee.

And this rather unnerving photo was taken from the bridge itself after the sun came up.
The see-through cover has been looking a bit grubby as of late so this will hopefully allow tourists and locals to look into it unobstructed once again.
It's a bit grey and miserable today so let's take a look at this photo yesterday, taken in a brief sunny patch!
