We've just had a statement from housing group Luminus, which manages the Ruth Bagnall Court in Cambridge.
Earlier we reported a woman died yesterday after being involved in an incident with an automatic car park door.
The statement says: "Staff were on site within 30 minutes to assist the police with their enquiries.
"While the investigation by the police and Health and Safety Executive is under way, it would be inappropriate to comment any further.
"Luminus Group wishes to express its deepest sympathies to the family of the person who sadly died yesterday."
UKIP leadership hopeful doesn't 'fear' a Farage comeback

Newmarket Town's Shaun Whiter was helping friend Joey Abbs, a Soham Town Rangers player, change a tyre near Newmarket when his legs were crushed by an oncoming vehicle.
A woman has died in an accident involving an automatic car park door.
The woman, in her 40s, died at about 19:30 on Sunday at a block of flats at Ruth Bagnall Court, Cambridge.

As reported in the Cambridge News, she got into difficulty with the automatic shutter doors at the entrance to an underground car park. The woman died at the scene, the ambulance service said.
Housing group Luminus, which manages the block, has not yet commented on the incident.
Police said the accident had been referred to the Health and Safety Executive.

Police to talk to level crossing crash man

A man seriously injured when his vehicle was hit by a train on a level crossing remains in hospital, police have told us.
The driver of a 4x4 was airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital after the accident near Stretham on Friday afternoon.

British Transport Police said the man was in a stable condition and his injuries are not thought to be either life-threatening or life-changing.
Officers said they are planning to speak with him. Statements from the train driver and witnesses have already been taken.

We've got more details on this picture that the Beds, Cambs & Herts Roads Policing Unit tweeted yesterday.
Police were carrying out speed checks when they recorded the motorcyclist travelling at more than twice the speed limit.
They say 160mph is thought to be one of highest speeds ever recorded in the county.
PC Dave Black said: "The motorcyclist was travelling horrendously fast. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be travelling at such speeds on public roads."
