Team Rwanda have been invited to take part in the Ride London Classic on 31 July.
Rwanda have four riders on a month-long tour of the UK.
Race organiser Mick Bennett said: "We wanted to extend an invitation to these young riders to have a unique experience racing against the world's best to help them understand the level they need to achieve to attract the attention of the pro teams."

Following his side's defeat by Borussia Dortmund, Jose Mourinho said playing in the Shanghai heat was not ideal preparation for his Manchester United players, and added that he is still looking for one more "crucial" signing.
"It would be much easier to have pre-season in North America or Europe. The decision to come here was based on the passion of the fans.
"We are completely convinced of our market. It has a fundamental part of four players. When we finish that fundamental market we are balanced.
"Then the market is open until 31 August. Sometimes things happen you are not expecting and you have to react. But the fundamental market is four players and we just need that crucial one."

Alastair Cook hit a fine 105 and Joe Root 87 not out as England laid the platform for a sizeable total in the second Test against Pakistan at Old Trafford.
Captain Cook played on to Mohammad Amir on the stroke of tea, having moved level with Australia legend Donald Bradman on 29 Test centuries.
Cook added 185 for the second wicket with Root as England took tea on 210-2, Amir having bowled Alex Hales for 10 after England won the toss and chose to bat first on a true surface.
England trail 1-0 in the four-Test series following a 75-run defeat at Lord's that owed much to a disappointing performance with the bat.

Murray's medal request rejected
Yvonne Murray's request for her 1988 Olympic bronze medal to be upgraded because of state-sponsored drug taking by Russian athletes has been rejected.
