  6. Changes made following public meeting

    Network Rail held an event two weeks ago to find out what people in the area thought of the footbridge plans - about 50 people turned up.

    Gary Walsh from Network Rail said: “While we haven’t been able to make every change that was put to us, we have made a few small adjustments to make it easy for those living near the crossing to access their properties."

    Network Rail have released this artist's impression of a footbridge they want to build at Little Bowden...

    If planning permission is approved it will be built over the railway on the edge of Market Harborough.

    The level crossing at Little Bowden was closed last year.

    Apparently Leicester is the country's 13th most expensive city for students.

    The survey of 2,500 students across the UK took into account a range of factors including how much students spend on going out and how much time they spend studying.

    Are you a Pokemon Go player? If so you might be interested to know you could tour a historic Leicester landmark while collecting Poke Balls and potions on Sunday.

    The city council is opening up the Magazine Gateway to the public, which also happens to be a pokestop.

    The lorry belongs to Tommy Trout's haulage firm, based in Lutterworth, and BBC Radio Leicester has been speaking to Tommy Trout himself.
