The Greenbelt Festival near Kettering is under way and the sun has been shining.

Between eight and nine thousand people are expected to attend the "faith, arts and justice" event over the bank holiday weekend.

Northampton Town manager Rob Page says tomorrow's game against Coventry will be "entertaining", but admits the team has "aspects we need to work on".

Page saw glimpses of how he wants the team to play in their EFL Cup victory against West Brom on Tuesday.

He says the win on penalties has given the Cobblers "confidence and momentum" as they head to the Ricoh Arena.

The latest adjournment in the sentencing over the death of six-month-old Molly-Mae Wotherspoon is the latest twist in this tragic story, which has been playing out since October 2014.

As the family arrived at court this morning, both mother Claire Riley and grandmother Susan Aucott were hidden under umbrellas, closely guarded by a large number of friends and family members.

The scene turned into a heated scuffle, with cameras being pushed and shoved away as they made their way inside the court.

Later, Riley and her family came back outside to have a cigarette and it was then she appeared to become unwell, bent double and began leaning on the wall of the court.

An ambulance was called, she was wheeled inside it, and taken to hospital.

The hearing was later adjourned until 15 September.

It was on this weekend 30 years ago that the Communards went to number one in the UK charts with their cover of Don't Leave Me This Way.

Northampton Town will have to put the visit of Manchester United in the EFL Cup next month to the back of their minds as they hope to secure their first win of the season away to Coventry in League One tomorrow.

However, with four straight draws they have extended their unbeaten league run, which started in December last year.

The Archbishop of Canterbury is one of the high-profile visitors at the Greenbelt Festival near Kettering this weekend.  

The Most Reverend Justin Welby will lead a special worship on Sunday morning, which will be free to enter.

The festival regularly attracts the biggest names of Christian music and many mainstream musicians.

Former hostage Terry Waite will also attend the event.

The previous envoy to the Archbishop of Canterbury was taken hostage in Lebanon in 1987, where he was held captive for nearly five years.

The annual Greenbelt Festival starts today at Boughton House near Kettering.

Between eight and nine thousand people are expected to attend the three-day arts, faith and justice event.

The festival started in 1974 and it's the third time Boughton House has hosted it.

There will be about 300 contributors, ranging from religious speakers, bands, performance poets and comedians.

During the past year, the organisers behind Greenbelt have raised £60,000 which is then donated to projects around the world that combine arts, faith and justice.

Two Northamptonshire day care centres for people with dementia could be closed to save the county council £440,000.

A consultation will now take place on shutting the Drayton Day Centre (pictured) in Northampton and Stephenson Court Day Centre in Kilsby, north of Daventry. Fifty people use the two centres - and the authority says alternative support would be found for them.  

The first report into how £10.25m of public money was lent to the Cobblers is drafted and will be finalised "soon".

Auditors from PriceWaterhouse Cooper say fieldwork is "complete" but a meeting needs to be had with Northamptonshire Police.

For months three parallell investigations have been going on into the £10.25m Northampton Borough Council lent to the football club - much of which apparently went missing.

Internal auditor PWC has been looking at the council's internal processes, and how they work.

Newly published council papers say the report will be finalised "as soon as possible".

We don't have a date for it's publication.

Sentencing in the mother and grandmother of Molly-Mae Wotherspoon has been adjourned until 14:00 to see whether the baby's mother, Claire Riley, is out of hospital.

Riley, 23, was taking to hospital after collapsing outside court before the proceeding started.

Grandmother Susan Aucott, 55, remains at the court for the time being. The judge at the sentencing has said it is preferable to sentence them together.

Riley and Aucott pleaded guilty to owning a dangerously out of control dog, an American pit bull which attacked and killed six-month-old Molly-Mae in 2014.

• October 2014 - Six-month old Molly-Mae Wotherspoon was attacked by an American pit bull at her home in Morning Star Road, Daventry
• August 2015 - Claire Riley (pictured) is charged with owning and Susan Aucott of being in control of a dangerously out-of-control dog, resulting in death.
• September 2015 - Grandmother Susan Aucott appears at Northampton Magistrates' Court. Mother Claire Riley does not attend due to illness.
• December 2015 - Susan Aucott denies the charge against her.
• June 2016 - Both defendants admit to the charges against them. 
• 26 August 2016 - The pair are due to be sentenced.

Molly-Mae Wotherspoon's mother Claire Riley, 23, and grandmother, Susan Aucott, 55 are due to be sentenced today after pleading guilty to be in charge of a dangerously out of control dog resulting in death.

Molly-Mae, who was six months old, was attacked by an American pit bull in October 2014 at a house in Daventry.

The pit bull terrier is one of four banned breeds in the UK, after the 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act which was introduced to stamp out dog fighting.

The pit bull terrier, originated in England, and was bred with fighting in mind.

It was used in blood sports like bull and bear baiting - where packs of dogs were set against bigger animals in a pit.

These "sports" were made illegal in 1835.

If you own a banned dog in the UK then the police can take it off you, even if it's well behaved and no-one's complained.

However, if you can prove a dog's safe, despite it being a banned breed, then you can get a certificate of exemption.

This means you can keep it, but you have to get special insurance.

You've also got to be over 16, and keep the dog muzzled in public.
