Crystal Palace are one of the clubs interested in taking Arsenal's Jack Wilshere on loan for the season according to the Daily Mail.

It adds that although Juventus and Roma are also keen on the 24-year-old midfielder, a move to another London club might suit Wilshere.

With a credit to Goal Italia for the picture, it looks like Joe Hart to Torino could well be a done deal..

Chelsea are close to completing a £24m deal for Fiorentina left-back Marcos Alonsoaccording to Sky Sports.

The 25-year-old defender was at Bolton between 2010 and 2013 before moving to Florence and briefly returned to England on a loan deal at Sunderland.

More on the news that Hull City have signed Ryan Mason from Tottenham.

Mason had attracted interest from Sunderland but has opted to join former Spurs players Tom Huddlestone, Jake Livermore and Michael Dawson at the KCOM Stadium.

Hull temporary boss Mike Phelan has targeted up to six new signings before the transfer window closes after starting the season with just 13 fit senior players.

Goalkeeper David Marshall has already joined from Cardiff, whilst Manchester United's Will Keane is also expected to conclude a switch to the newly promoted side.

Former Arsenal forward Nicklas Bendtner could be on his way back to England with Championship sides Norwich and Brighton both interested in his signature report the Daily Mail.

The 28-year-old is a free agent after his contract with Wolfsburg was terminated in April.

Midfielder Romain Saiss has signed for Wolves from Ligue 1 Angers on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee. 

The 26-year-old Morocco international becomes Wolves' 10th summer signing after the Championship club announced his arrival on Tuesday. 

Saiss, who has also had spells with Le Havre, Clermont and Olympique de Valence, said on the club's official website: "I am very happy to be here. Wolves is a good club for me. "It has a good project to get to the Premier League.

Sporting Lisbon are hoping to sign Manchester United's unwanted midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger on a free transfer according to the Daily Record.

Schweinsteiger had said that United would be his "last club in Europe" but Old Trafford officials hope to convince him to leave.

Tottenham midfielder Ryan Mason is close to completing an £8m move to Hull according to the Daily Telegraph.

The 25-year-old's likely move to the KCOM Stadium is likely to cause further frustration at Sunderland where David Moyes is becoming increasingly desperate in his pursuit of two central midfielders and a striker.

Manager Ronald Koeman has asked Everton's board to push through a deal for Napoli striker Manolo Gabbiadini before tomorrow’s transfer deadline, reports the Liverpool Echo.

The Blues have lodged a bid of around £20m for the 24-year-old Italian and talks have progressed well with the Serie A club, says the Echo.

"We've agreed terms with the player and we're confident that the transfer will go ahead," said Werder Bremen's sporting director Frank Baumann.

"Serge would like to play for us. Talks with Arsenal are going well.

Hull City have signed goalkeeper David Marshall from Cardiff City on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

It is understood the deal for the 31-year-old could be worth up to £5m, depending on add-on clauses.

He is the first player to join the Tigers since they secured promotion back to the Premier League in May.

Cardiff executive director Ken Choo said that the club were "saddened to see him go", but added that "we felt it would be wrong to stand in the way of him moving back to the Premier League."
