Man admits raping two-year-old girl
A man has admitted raping a two-year-old girl and dozens of other sexual offences.

Daniel Kilbee, 34, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, was convicted of 31 sex crimes against five victims between 1997 and 2015.
During two trials in July and August he was found guilty of sexual assault and indecency with a child.
He pleaded guilty to further crimes including rape and making indecent images of children.

Ground investigations are starting today after the preferred route was announced earlier this year.

The boy was spotted in difficulty by a beach warden at Brean Sands, Somerset, on Saturday afternoon.
He was kept calm by the warden until the rescue hovercraft arrived and safely returned him to his mother.
Minutes later the same crew was called to rescue a male youth who had been spotted in the mud at nearby Uphill.

Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group said 75% of the time they should be seen within eight weeks.
But a report for its board said: "Waiting times remain some way below target, with 38% of referrals assessed within eight weeks."
Oxford Health NHS trust said the waits did not meet its "high standards".

More than 50 boreholes are being dug along the proposed course of the Oxford flood alleviation channel over the next five weeks.

Hunt on for thieves posing as police officers
Two men who posed as police officers to rob a Witney woman in her 80s are being hunted by police.
Between 21:20 and 21:45 on Thursday, two men forced their way into a home in Hailey Road.
When they were confronted by the woman, they said they were police officers and held up what appeared to be ID cards.
They told her they were there as a result of a burglary and needed to check her money.

The boy was spotted in difficulty by a beach warden at Brean Sands, Somerset, on Saturday afternoon.
