Why does the US have mountains of cheese?
Even the biggest cheese lover might balk at splashing out twenty million dollars for a selection of cheese products. But that is what the United States government has agreed to do - in order to help dairy farmers reduce their cheese mountain. Bruce Babcock, professor of Economics at Iowa State University, explains what is going on.
