Man's jaw broken in attack near school
A man had his jaw broken in an attack close to a school in Sheffield.
The victim was close to Lower Meadow Primary School on Batemoor Road when the incident took place at 15:00 on Monday 17 October.
His jaw was broken in two places by another man.
Police are asking the public to get in touch if you saw anything.
Delivery driver attacked and robbed by two men
A parcel delivery man was attacked and his van stolen in broad daylight.
The 24-year-old was dropping off parcels in Charnock when the incident happened.
The delivery man was in a white Vauxhall Vivaro van travelling along Bowman Drive towards Charnock Dale Road, when a silver Vauxhall Astra approached the rear of the van, flashing its lights.
The victim pulled over to the side of the road and got out of his van, as one of the men from the Astra was reportedly pointing to the rear end of his van.
As he turned his back, the delivery driver was then hit over his head and shoulders and knocked to the ground.
The driver’s van was then driven off in convoy with the Astra between 11:00 and 11:30 on Monday 10 October.
The van and its contents was located a short time later on Basegreen Avenue, Sheffield. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Police are now asking for the public's help.

A Sheffield man's due in court after being charged with the manslaughter of a 33-year-old in the West Midlands.
Karl Swift was found with serious head injuries in New Road in Halesowen in September - he died the following day in hospital.

BreakingTravel: Road re-opens following crash

It's business as usual on the A616 Stocksbridge Bypass, after it was closed both ways due to a serious accident.
There were long delays this morning after a van and lorry collided along the stretch.
