In the week the country remembers those who died in the line of duty, a North Yorkshire brewer says he's honoured to have created a beer for the Royal British Legion.
The Daleside Brewery in Harrogate has come up with a Poppies Ale.
Its head brewer is Craig Witty and he's told me how the idea for the beer first came about:

The high-value theft took place at the site on Otley Road, just outside Skipton and towards the A65, between 12:00 on Saturday 5 November and 06:30 today.
Police are appealing for witnesses and information about the theft, and officers especially want to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles near the construction site or people in or around the site over the weekend.

Police in Skipton have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of men's razors from the Savers store on Skipton High Street.
It happened over two months ago on 28 August when a large number of razors worth about £100 were stolen from the store.

Tripping the dark fantastic: Whitby Goth Weekend caught on camera
About 7,000 people are believed to have attended this year's Whitby Goth Festival, which attracts people from all over the world to the North Yorkshire seaside town.
It was the 22nd time it's been held in the town, with event organisers describing it as "a celebration of the non-conformity, diversity and freedom of expression the scene embodies".

Taxi driver questions proposed changes to dress code
They're being asked for their views as part of a consultation which ends this week.

Will Barraclough is a taxi driver based in Scarborough and he questions whether the move is really needed. He told me he'd welcome a dress code.
"But how required it is - that's another story. When you look at the other drivers around town, there aren't actually that many where you'd think, why are you dressed like that?
"I can think of one or two, but not to the point where you'd go, we need to enforce something."

A fund to help a former North Yorkshire apprentice jockey who was paralysed after a fall last week, has almost reached its target.

Freddy Tylicki was injured in a heavy fall at Kempton and has been paralysed from the waist down.
He used to work under Malton trainer Richard Fahey.
The GoFundMe campaign has now surpassed £182,000, just short of its initial target of £200,000.

As well as meeting all the children, he gave a special talk about his time in space, the feeling of weightlessness and the beauty of the "tiny and fragile" planet Earth.

Clifford's Tower demo takes place in York

This was the scene at York's landmark Clifford's Tower yesterday afternoon.
A petition which has so far attracted over 3,300 signatures describes the planned centre as "ugly beyond belief". These people are clearly not happy...
It applies to on-street parking and comes ahead of the controversial introduction of charging people to park on Sundays.
It's part of a review of on street parking charges in towns across North Yorkshire.

The County Council says the decision to being in Sunday charges from this Sunday follows an extensive consultation and a joint review with Harrogate Borough Council.
The aim of the Sunday charges is to encourage people wanting to park for longer to use off-street car parks and get more people into the town by freeing-up on-street places.
Watch: Tadcaster Bridge re-opening moves a step closer
The town, which was split in two during the Boxing Day floods, is still coming to terms with news that the bridge won't be finished in time for Christmas.
The work now won't be completed until January, with the delay caused by higher-than-expected water levels, partly down to work by Network Rail on another part of the river.

Let's return to the story I brought to you earlier about a proposed dress code for taxi drivers across Scarborough borough.
They're being asked for their views as part of a consultation which ends this week.
