In Witney the A415 Station Lane has just reopened in both directions following an earlier collision at the Ducklington Lane junction, and there is queuing traffic on the B478 Playhatch Road and in both directions near the A4155 Henley Road, which is partially blocked due to an accident
There's queuing traffic on the A40 near Wheatley due to roadworks on the M40 southbound between junction 8A to junction 6 Watlington. Travel time will be increased by 20 minutes

The memorial service will be held at St Mary the Virgin Church in Thame at 15:00 and is an opportunity for members of the public to join the emergency services in remembering those who have died on the region’s roads, or in road collisions elsewhere.
Police officers, fire and rescue workers and ambulance staff will participate in the service and they will be joined by the Thames Valley Police choir.
It is believed that Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary Joint Roads Policing Unit is unique in marking the United Nations Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims by organising such a service.

This determined Indonesian cockatoo impressed Oxford researchers when she took on their food-reaching challenge.
In response, Wahaca has said it was "greatly saddened" by the case.
It added: "Wahaca has been proactively working with the relevant authorities in order to limit the impact on our customers and employees, following the recent outbreak of suspected norovirus in some of our outlets.
"Working with these authorities, we are confident that the issue has been neutralised.
"Our customers and employees are extremely important to us, and we will continue to give this issue our full attention."

A beardy penguin keeper at Cotswold Wildlife Park has had half of his facial fuzz shaved off for charity.
After three years of beardiness Chris Green underwent a shave at the hands of a professional barber alongside his beloved penguin pool.
He has vowed to keep his half beard for two weeks and has so far has raised more than £1,000 for Make-A-Wish.

He's offered to auction off the shaved half of his beard for charity, but so far there has been no interest.

Two people have been arrested in connection with a murder in Oxford.
Eamonn Anderson, 56, suffered head injuries when he was kicked off his bike by a group of six young men in High Street in October. He died nearly three weeks later.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy from Oxford were arrested this morning (16/11) on suspicion of murder. They are in police custody."

Health executives are proposing a consultation on bed closures in the majority of hospitals across Oxfordshire.
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - which runs Oxford's Churchill and John Radcliffe hospitals, the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury - will run a £119m deficit by 2020 if "efficiency savings" are not made.
Executives are advising that £7.9m of investments in GP services will contribute to reducing the number of people attend hospital.

It is not yet known where the bed closures will take place, although the Horton General Hospital has been earmarked for a "transformation" in the care it provides.

Road deaths to be commemorated at Thame service
On Sunday families and friends will commemorate the lives of those lost in road accidents at a service organised by Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary.
The memorial service will be held at St Mary the Virgin Church in Thame at 15:00 and is an opportunity for members of the public to join the emergency services in remembering those who have died on the region’s roads, or in road collisions elsewhere.

Oxfordshire director Jon Spira has been speaking to BBC Arts about his new documentary Elstree 1976.

Oxfordshire family sue Wahaca over norovirus outbreak
The family of a 16-year-old girl, who was hospitalised after eating at a restaurant Wahaca, is suing the restaurant chain.
Wallingford resident Sarah Cousins ate at the White City concession of the Mexican restaurant on 29 October, and then fell ill.
Public Health England closed a number of the restaurants, including the White City branch, after more than 300 reports of norovirus from customers.
