'Massive increase in recycling' caused collection problems
Chris King
Reporter, BBC Radio Stoke
Problems with Newcastle-under-Lyme's new recycling system were caused by a massive increase in the amount of waste put out for recycling, according to an independent report for the council.
A new service was introduced in July and saw recycling move to weekly, rather than fortnightly, collections, as well as extra recycling containers introduced.

These ones were taken near Audley and No Man's Heath.
