Toilet charge fee 'down pan'
Natalie Glanvill
Reporter BBC Radio Humberside
Charging to use public toilets in North East Lincolnshire hasn't raised enough money and some may have to close.
Earlier this year a charge of 30p was brought in, but a report reveals there's still a cash shortfall and there's been an increase of vandalism at the facilities.
At a meeting next week the council will consider reducing the charge to 20p.
