  3. Behind the scenes at Hereford FC: It's like 'the opening of a horror film'

    Hereford FC face Swindon Supermarine at home tomorrow.

    Ahead of kick-off the club have tweeted a short video of the journey from the dressing room to the dug out. 

    We couldn't help but laugh at one of the replies "that heavy breathing is scary!!" - the club's response: "It's the opening to a forthcoming horror film".

    Cloud will thicken overnight bringing outbreaks of light rain and drizzle and a strengthening breeze . As a result, it will be much milder and should stay frost free for all - lows of 4C (39F).

    Tomorrow will be a largely cloudy, damp and windy day.

  5. Rugby: Three changes to Warriors line up

    Worcester Warriors have made three changes to their starting line up for tomorrow's Aviva Premiership trip to Northampton Saints. 

    All three are in the pack where Niall Annett, Phil Dowson and Sam Lewis (pictured left to right) come in - among those missing out is Chris Vui who has picked up a knock in training this week.

  6. In pictures: History of munitions '200 million bullets' factory

    This weekend marks 100 years since the opening of the Blackpole munitions factory where 200 million rifle rounds were produced during World War One. 

    The site, which is now Blackpole East industrial estate, was once home to hundreds of men and women during two World Wars.

    The photo below was taken in the "case shop" on 30 June in 1919 - wooden barrells are placed in the middle of the aisles labelled "bullet".

    The archive team at Worcester City Council are looking for volunteers to help discover the factory's history. 

    A special party will be held at  The Hive in Worcester  on Saturday where people can sign-up.

  7. Worcester Wolves take part in BBL action tonight on the BBC

    British Basketball returns to BBC Sport this evening for the second leg of the BBL Trophy semi-final as Worcester Wolves host Plymouth Raiders.

    In the first leg, Plymouth beat Worcester 96-78 but can Worcester bring it back on their home turf? Worcester need to win the leg by 19 points to advance to face either Leicester Riders and Cheshire Phoenix in the final on 19 March in Glasgow.

  8. Six Nations 2017: Ben Te'o to start for England against Italy

    Ben Te'o will make his first start for England in Sunday's Six Nations match with Italy.

    Te'o, who's 30, moved to Worcester at the start of the season from Leinster, and has won five caps as a replacement, but has been named at outside centre for the meeting with the Azzurri.

  9. Bike challenge to raise money for college for the blind

    The Mayor of Hereford is among hundreds of people spending the next 24 hours on a bike to raise money for the city's Royal National College for the Blind.

  10. Storm Doris: 'Community rallied together'

    The clear-up operation the day after Storm Doris continues in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

    Hundreds of homes are still without power across the two counties and further travel disruption is expected. 

    Worcestershire's Highways Manager said minor roads and paths will be cleared today and thanked members of the public who helped during the bad weather yesterday.
