Why are fewer people in the UK having cosmetic surgery?

The number of people having cosmetic surgery in the UK has fallen to its lowest level in almost a decade.

The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons says there was a drop of nearly 40 percent in the number of procedures carried out last year, after a record high the year before.
