Chancellor Philip Hammond's budget gets a 'fail' from Shenfield school

The headteacher at Chancellor Philip Hammond's old school has given his Spring Budget 2017 a poor report card after he failed to provide any extra funding for education.

Carole Herman from Shenfield High School in Brentwood says he's not listening, funding is "inadequate" and she suggests he has "forgotten his roots".
