Rory Lavelle – When The Crazies Come Out

Monday 6th March, 2017

They say:
“When The Crazies Come Out covers four scenarios in which people are placed in situations that push them to their breaking point. Swindle, betrayal, abuse and bullying are covered with devastating results each time.

The music builds the tension throughout, with John Carpenter pulses and Hitchcock strings before the final Massive Attack-Bill Withers blues tinged fusion.”

We say: “With excellent storytelling and goosebump inducing vocals ‘When The Crazies Come Out’ is an attention grabbing, edge of your seat, very dark alt rock track.

Made even more satisfying by the grand orchestral strings that combine into something very reminiscent of ‘Play’ era Moby, in terms of atmosphere Rory Lavelle has really knocked it out of the park with this one.”

‘When The Crazies Come Out’ is taken from Rory’s debut album ‘Waves’ which releases on April 1st.
