How to look after your skin
If you've turned-up the central heating in the cold weather and over indulged at Christmas, the chances are that your skin is showing the effects. What can be done to repair the damage? Jenni Murray asks to Consultant Dermatologist, Dr Susan Mayou.
The ingredients Dr Mayou mentions are as follows:
Humectant Moisturisers which include hyaluronic acid, glycerine, propylene glycol and urea.
Occlusives which include petrolatum and silicones such as dimethicone.
