  1. Goodbye!

    Three down, one to go.

So we know holders Saracens will face Munster in Dublin on 22/23 April, while Pro 12 leaders Leinster - who saw off Wasps yesterday - wait to find out if they will face Clermont or Toulouse.

Thanks for your company today and don't forget we will have live radio commentary of Ospreys v Stade Francias in the Challenge Cup later on.

    See you soon!

  2. We're hungry for more success - Barritt

    Saracens 38-13 Glasgow

Saracens skipper Brad Barritt has been talking to BBC Radio 5 live - and it does not make good listening for rival teams...

"The hunger and the desire within the squad is even bigger than it's ever been," says the England centre.

That's fighting talk if I've ever heard it.

Jonny : Saracens have brought in internationals who weren't world class, and made them incredible players. Rhodes, Koch, Figallo, Hamilton.

  4. 'We always create opportunities - Farrell

    Saracens 38-13 Glasgow

Saracens fly-half Owen Farrell, who is named man of the match, speaking to Sky Sports: "You come up with a game-plan during week but when game-time comes around have to adapt.

"We had some brilliant opportunities in that opening period and unfortunately we didn't take them all. It was tight in that second half but thankfully we pulled away in the end.

On whether Sarries used some of the attacking plays used by England against Scotland at Twickenham: "Glasgow defend similar to Scotland, because obviously they have many of the same players and we have some similar players. So obviously there was a bit of that.

"We have got some great line-runners here that are going to hold people in. When people are running lines like we had today then there are always going to be opportunities."

  5. 'Saracens were ruthless'

    Saracens 38-13 Glasgow

Glasgow's Henry Pyrgos speaking to Sky Sports:  "Saracens were quality today. We were in the game for 60 minutes but they were ruthless in the last 20.

"We had a lot of confidence and were in the game but a couple of mistakes which Saracens punished took it away from us.

"This is the start for us as a club, the first time in the knock-outs and we want to be here again next year."

  6. 'Experience helped Sarries'

    Saracens 38-13 Glasgow

    Jerry Guscott

Former England centre on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Glasgow have shown their class by not giving up and they know now how much they have to do if they want to make their first semi-final. The experience of winning before helps Saracens and what a semi-final to look forward to, Munster v Saracens in Dublin.

Former England hooker Brian Moore hails Sarries' performance...

  8. Full-time

    Saracens 38-13 Glasgow

All over! Holders Saracens into the Champions Cup semi-finals. A trip to Munster awaits.

  9. Try - Saracens 38-13 Glasgow

    Ryan Wilson

Huge cheer from the away fans as they see Ryan Wilson barge over for a consolation try. Too little too late.

Finn Russell looks like a man who just found out he has lost his wallet. Miserable. So miserable he can barely bothered to take the conversion, shanking it well wide.

  10. Post update

    Saracens 38-8 Glasgow

Credit to Glasgow, they aren't giving up. The visitors find another burst of energy - from where I don't know - to set up position in the Sarries 22.

  11. Converted try - Saracens 38-8 Glasgow

    Ashton try, Farrell con

Sarries do not want this to end, Glasgow are begging for the bell.

The European champions smell more tries as Owen Farrell and Alex Goode lead the attack, the latter slipping in Chris Ashton who cuts in from the flank before slipping over for his second of the afternoon.

Farrell casually clips over the extras from the touchline.

    Saracens 31-8 Glasgow

Sarries are flying now. Glasgow have run out of steam.

  13. Post update

    Saracens 31-8 Glasgow

    Jerry Guscott

Former England centre on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Scottish rugby doesn’t have the same strength in depth and that is showing here with the substitutes Saracens can bring on and the difference that makes. Glasgow have acquitted themselves well and contained Saracens for a period but Glasgow haven’t had an answer for the added impetus of the Saracens subs.

  14. Converted try - Saracens 31-8 Glasgow

    Barritt try, Farrell con

Job done. Schalk Brits has been brilliant since came on, the replacement hooker again providing a bit of X Factor at the scrum. His cheeky strike wins the ball and then he shows great hands as the Glasgow defence is pulled all over the shop.

Owen Farrell is also in the thick of things, his flat pass out to the left collected by skipper Brad Barritt. He darts inside to seal the win.

  15. Post update

    Saracens 24-8 Glasgow

How long that Glasgow resistance can last, I don't know. A Glasgow knock on invites more pressure...

  16. Post update

    Saracens 24-8 Glasgow

Oh my! Saracens go all Harlem Globetrotters on us. Dreamy offloads all of the place as they go from their own half to the Glasgow try-line in almost a blink of the eye after the restart.

However, the visitors scramble back and stop what seems to be an almost certain try.

  17. Penalty - Saracens 24-8 Glasgow

    Owen Farrell

Let's pick the bones out of this one. Alex Goode thinks he has scampered in for Saracens' third try, only for referee Jerome Garces to rule there was an obstruction.

The French official goes back to an earlier Glasgow infringement, allowing Owen Farrell to clip over from close range.

  18. Post update

    Saracens 21-8 Glasgow

    Jerry Guscott

Former centre on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Glasgow had a break there but they needed to find a gap and they didn’t which resulted in the big hit from the Saracens defence and a knock-on and possession back to Saracens. Saracens did let Glasgow back into the game briefly but that was them saying to Glasgow this is why we are champions.

  19. Post update

    Saracens 21-8 Glasgow

    Chris Jones

BBC Radio 5 live rugby reporter at Allianz Park

For Glasgow to win today, you feel they need to be supremely accurate, and a couple of times Finn Russell has gone for the jugular with kicks to the corner and it hasn't paid off. With little under 15 minutes left, the Saracens boa constrictor can start to suck the life out of Glasgow.

  20. Post update

    Saracens 21-8 Glasgow

What a hit! Vincent Koch cleans out a Glasgow man, the ball spilled and back in possession of the hosts for the scrum. That could be Glasgow's chance gone.
