  1. 'West Ham were not their best'

    West Ham 1-2 Crystal Palace

    Bradley Allen

Ex-QPR striker on BBC Radio London

Roy Hodgson and this group of players are finding ways to upset the form book. West Ham were not quite at their best today. They probably deserved to get something from the game but the resolve of Palace to go and get the win was impressive. West Ham did not really go for it after they got their goal and Palace pounced. West Ham will learn from this.

Giles Brooks: VAR is most definitely sucking the joy from football!

James Watson: VAR is essentially a bloke subjectively picking a frame, then picking which body part using a computer mouse. How is this ‘technology’ fair? Absolute joke.

  10. Post update

    West Ham 1-2 Crystal Palace

Jordan Ayew has scored three goals in his last six Premier League games - as much as in his previous 32.

  11. Post update

  12. 'I am not convinced'

    West Ham 1-2 Crystal Palace

    Bradley Allen

Ex-QPR striker on BBC Radio London

What a long wait, there were two possible offsides in the end. I am still not convinced. I think that was one of the closest decisions we have had. What a late drama. Another controversial decision.

  13. INJURY TIME

    West Ham 1-2 Crystal Palace

Six minutes added on, mostly for the VAR delay.

  14. SUBSTITUTION

    West Ham 1-2 Crystal Palace

    Jordan Ayew

    The goal is given!!!

Andros Towsend whips in a cross, Martin Kelly heads it down to the unmarked Jordan Ayew in the centre and he fires home.

VAR checked whether Cahill was offside - and then whether Ayew was offside. Neither were.

  16. Post update

    West Ham 1-1 Crystal Palace

It's millimeters. Genuinely so close. They're still deciding.

  17. Post update

    West Ham 1-1 Crystal Palace

Martin Kelly heads down a cross into the path of Jordan Ayew, who slots home. Was anyone offside?

  18. Video Assistant Referee

    West Ham 1-1 Crystal Palace

The VAR team are looking at it. We're seeing all kinds of dotted red lines being drawn on the screen.

  19. DISALLOWED GOAL

    West Ham 1-1 Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace think they've won it! Jordan Ayew has the ball in the back of the net but it's disallowed. The flag is up.
