    Ed will tie the knot with his muse Cherry Seabord.

    Apparently he's in love with more than just the shape of her.

    Ipswich Town boss Mick McCarthy agreed Saturday's 1-1 draw at Bolton was far from a classic.

    Joe Garner's tap-in in the 82nd minute gave the Blues a share of the spoils after Gary Madine had put the home side ahead.

    "1-1 was a fair reflection," McCarthy told me afterwards. "I think it was possibly the worst game I've seen all season.

    "They're no mugs and they didn't make it easy for us; they're a big, strong and powerful team.

    "We played great football from 1-0 down; a football team turned up then and we passed it around. Up until then it was horrible."

  4. Woman in 80s mugged in Haverhill

    A woman, in her 80s, was pushed against a wall and had her bag stolen by a mugger in Haverhill.

    A man, wearing a brown coat or hooded top, accosted his victim in Mill Road at about 10:30 on Friday and took a Marks & Spencer bag containing her purse, Suffolk Police said.

    The mugger fled, possibly in the direction of Chauntry Road or Camps Road.

    The victim was left "very shaken" and had a sore shoulder, police said.

  5. Body found near Leavenheath

    Police searching for a missing 52-year-old man have found a body.

    Officers and volunteers from Suffolk Lowland Search & Rescue were looking for Richard Hull, of Leavenheath, near Sudbury, who was reported missing on Saturday afternoon.

    Police said the body was found in a wooded area near Leavenheath on Sunday afternoon and investigations were continuing.

    Formal identification has not taken place, but police said the body was believed to be that of Mr Hull and a file had been sent to the coroner.

  6. 1,700 homes across county still without power

    Engineers are trying to restore power to 1,700 homes which are still without electricity after yesterday's gales, an energy firm said.

    UK Power Networks said it had managed to get 99% of homes reconnected after the storms brought down trees and power lines.

    It said there are customers are still waiting to for their power to be restored in areas including Long Melford, Bury St Edmunds and Stradbroke.

    The company said it aims to restore power to everyone by the end of today.
