He became the third Liverpool player to score 20+ goals in all competitions this
season (Salah 44 goals and Firmino 27 goals). The last time that three players
hit the 20-goal mark for the club in a single campaign was 1981-82 (Dalglish,

The Senegal star needed only 11 appearances to hit 10 Champions
League goals, a joint-record in the competition along with Roberto Firmino and

Ricken for Borussia Dortmund against Juventus in 1997.
Bale is the first player ever to come on as a

a brace in a European Cup final after Bobby Charlton for
Manchester United in 1968.

I would like them to be able to see the game over the line, to manage the game. If you invite fouls you stop rhythm of the opposition, and that is what Real do. You detest it when Sergio Ramos goes down easily and his antics, but that is where our game is, where football is.
Egypt’s FA seem confident that Mohamed Salah will be fit for the World Cup.
They say their doctor has been told by Liverpool's medical team that after an X-ray things are looking optimistic.
