Gunshot heard during Venezuela voting
A 61-year-old woman has been shot dead while waiting to vote in an unofficial, opposition-organised referendum in Venezuela's capital, Caracas.
In footage of the attack a shot can be heard, before panicked voters run towards a church.
Three other people were injured by the gunmen who were riding motorbikes.
