Kevin Magnussen, who got out late into the session, is improving though. He's up to 17th after a 1:21.345.

A problem for Felipe Massa. He reports a gearbox issue and is heading back to base. Looks like that's the end of his session.
Every other car apart from the retired ones are out on the track to squeeze in some laps in the final four minutes.
