  6. Guernsey strike gold three times on first night in the pool

    The first night in the pool was a good one for Guernsey with seven medals - only archery has earnt the island as many medals so far.

  8. Good day for Channel Island cyclists

    Jersey came away with five medals from the time trial events and Guernsey three.

    It's been a great day for Guernsey's archers in Gotland.

    It also looks like the archers know how to relax in style when they're not shooting!

  10. Jersey team 'dug deep' for gold win as rain fell

    Jersey have clinched gold in the men's team tennis event at the Island Games.

    Stuart Parker and Mike Watkins guided them to a 2-0 win over hosts Gotland in the final in Slite.

    Parker won his rubber 6-1, 6-4 before Watkins wrapped up the title with a 6-4, 7-5 victory.

    Earlier Guernsey were narrowly beaten by the home team in the semi-finals.

  11. Two gold and two silvers for Guernsey's athletes

    After the action in Gutavallen today there are four more medals to add to Guernsey's total.

    Women's 10,000m race in Gotland 2017
    • Gold - Louise Perrio, 10,000m Women
    • Gold and Silver - Alastair Chalmers and Sam Wallbridge, 400m Hurdles Men
    • Silver - Ed Mason, 3,000m Steeplechase Men
  12. Jersey forced to settle for silver in Badminton team final

    Jersey lost to Guernsey in the final 3-1.

  13. Guernsey four win gold by narrow margin

    Just 300th of a second - that's all that separate first and second place in the men's 4 x 50m Medley Relay.

    Guernsey's Henry Cliff, Thomas Hollingsworth, Ben Lowndes and Miles Munro finishing ahead of the Isle of Man to take gold.

  14. Guernsey move above Jersey in medal table

    Although as the gymnastics results - in which Jersey seem to have done well - are still coming in it may not last long!

  15. Gold for young women's relay team in the pool

    Guernsey's young relay team have won the gold in the Women's 4x50m Freestyle.

    Courtney Butcher, Laura Le Cras, Orla Rabey and Tatiana Tostevin swam home less than a second ahead of the Isle of Man team.

  16. Silver for shooting duo

    Guernsey pair Nikki Trebert and Rebecca Margetts have won silver in the 25m Sport Pistol.

    They were 26 points off Isle of White duo Imogen and Shelly Moss, and eight points ahead of third placed Gibraltar.
