The band singing their way through the Great North Run

The band Little Comets will make up just three of the 57,000 runners expected to take part in the 36th annual Great North Run on Tyneside.

They are hoping to break a world record by singing their way along the 13.1-mile route as they try to raise awareness of the shortage of organ donors.

Sophie Long met them and their friend who is waiting for a new heart.
