The man who first signed Wayne Rooney
After 13 years away from his boyhood club, the England footballer Wayne Rooney has returned to Everton Football Club. BBC Weekend spoke to Ray Hall, the man who signed Rooney as a nine-year-old boy while he was director of Everton's youth academy in the 1990s.
