  1. Good night!

All they can do is keep winning I guess.

If you're just joining us for a wrap-up, the first games to be streamed by Amazon went down without a hitch as:

Crystal Palace went down to 10 men but went up to fifth in the table

And Manchester City cruised past Burnley to go second.

That'll do us for the night. See you tomorrow for SIX more matches...

  2. 'Like everyone says we are out...'

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Manchester City

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, speaking to Match of the Day: "It is difficult to control Burnley's strength. We played with an incredible amount of passes and we needed that.

"Here is not easy. We conceded one chance in the first half but we played in a clever way and it is a good performance.

"It finished 1-4 but the same happened against Newcastle - they had two chances but they scored them. The performance was quite similar. We are in general in good rhythm last few games."

On Gabriel Jesus: "We need him. I am so glad for him because he is an incredible fighter. That is what I want, for him to try to be aggressive in this position. The important thing is the mentality, there's never doubt in the quality. He is so important and he make two exceptional, brilliant goals."

On the title race: "I don't know. Like everyone say we are out, we have no chance...

"We are thinking ourselves and the next game. To think how many ways to win to be close is a stupid way to think. Start of December, crazy game. Game by game."

  3. 'Rodri incredible'

    FT: Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Manchester City

    Rodri

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, speaking to Amazon: "We played good and didn't concede much. The transitions and the space we found was good.

"The goals scored were really good, incredible crosses and finishing.

"We need Gabriel Jesus, strikers are there to score goals and we need him. Strikers like him and Sergio Aguero live for goals.

"It’s not easy to replace Sergio but the team doesn’t have doubts about Jesus. The quality of the strikers make the difference."

On goalscorer Rodri: "He was incredible. His transitions are so clever. He’s so young and his physicality is great. He wants to learn and he’'s ready and that’s why we can always count on him."

  4. 'I want to score goals every game'

    FT: Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Manchester City

Goalscorer Gabriel Jesus, speaking to Amazon: "It was an important game. We are eight points behind so a win is good for us.

"Burnley have good players and are very good at set-pieces and that's the level of the Premier League.

"I know my quality and I can score goals every games but sometimes it is not like that. I have to learn from Sergio [Aguero] as he's a legend of the club. Sergio scores every time and that is my ambition.

"We have to fight to get the titles and that is the challenge, that's the level of the Premier League. Liverpool have had a good season but tonight we play good. These goals are for the supporters and thanks for supporting me."

  5. Top three

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Gabriel Jesus

Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus is now the third top-scoring Brazilian player in Premier League history (32), trailing only Philippe Coutinho (41) and Roberto Firmino (52).

  6. 'We never got to grips with them'

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Burnley

    Sean Dyche

Burnley boss Sean Dyche: "It was certainly difficult. City are a top-class side and they showed it tonight. We kept it tight first half and made it awkward but they were excellent second half and we never got to grips with it.

"We didn't come out at all after half time. It's tough from 2-0 down and we didn't get to grips with it at all. They were by far the better side toinght.

"Whoever beats you it's frustrating. It's been a tough week. We've got Tottenham coming up but beyond that we have games that we think are winnable.

"We are not a million miles away."

  7. 'Gabriel plays like an old guy'

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Manchester City

    Gabriel Jesus

Manchester City midfielder Rodri: "We needed it. We were having a party because we needed this victory to have the confidence. We're doing our best but sometimes we don't have the results. It's a long way to the end of the season but it's important.

"Gabriel Jesus is a fantastic player. He is young. But he plays like an old guy, scoring goals. We need him.

"It was a great goal for me. I don't have many chances around the box, but I want to shoot. It takes a while to adjust [to a new league]. Now is going to be the best version of me."

    What are their title chances?

"All of it. Simple as that. Until the maths say something else, we have the chance to win the Premier League. We will give everything and fight until the end. I think we'll see the best version of Manchester City."

  8. Get Involved

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

Adam: Loved the bounce back from Man City today! Excited about the derby this weekend.

Aaron: Oh well, at least Robbie Brady scored.

Dom: Man City are just different gravy, it's not about the passing, it's the movement that creates the passes and how they just keep the ball and shift it from side to side, keep it simple and make great movement. Brilliant football.

  9. Post update

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

    Gabriel Jesus

Bayern Munich (86) and Paris St-Germain (85) are the only teams in Europe's top five leagues to have scored more league goals in 2019 than Manchester City (84).

  10. Post update

Pep Guardiola has a big smile on his face as he faces the cameras.

"We played really well," he says. "The quality of our players makes the difference."

  11. MOTD on Wednesday

For those of you asking, yes there is a Match of the Day this week and it's tomorrow night.

Tune in at 22:45 GMT on BBC One.

  12. Get Involved

    Burnley 1-4 Manchester City

Tom: I feel Burnley got their tactics all wrong by parking the bus against a Man City that was defensively suspect. They paid the price for playing the old Mourhino way.

Nwanneka: A wonderful performance from Man City, all the players were really in high spirit. I do hope this performance becomes consistent till the end.

Mark: Man City were different class... absolute joy to watch.

  13. Post update

It's eight games without a clean sheet for Manchester City since they beat Villa 3-0 in October.

  14. Get Involved

    Burnley1-4 Manchester City

Matty: Man City have been very, very good tonight, pure domination. Burnley didn't offer anything at all, gave a shaky City defence a night off. Palace are flying! Very solid team, makes you wonder what they’d do if they had a top striker!

Kieran: Manchester City are absolutely formidable going forward but how bad are they at the back?! A pile driver of a goal from Brady but that defending is shocking!

  15. What have they been instructed?

    Crystal Palace 1-0 Bournemouth

    Crystal Palace

    mamdou Sakho

More from Roy Hodgson on Mamadou Sakho's red card: "The referees are now under strict instructions, if they deem a challenge to be a little bit fierce, they are encouraged to give red cards. Under the new rules, I cannot make any complaints about it and I don't think it was an error but Mamadou was perhaps a victim of the new interpretation of the rules. We will miss him because we have centre-halves injured at the minute.

"We think we have options going forward and our passing in midfield was very good. When we were 11v11, I thought we were looking to play through midfield. That changed when you go down a man but we didn't back off and we still tried to play out. I think if there were any more goals to be had this season, I would save them for other games. I'm more than happy with 1-0 and it was fantastic support again tonight."
