Titanic: A Glasgow church recalls pastor John Harper

The Titanic struck the iceberg which would sink it and kill hundreds of its passengers on 14 April 1912.

Among them was John Harper a Baptist preacher from Glasgow who gave his life jacket to another passenger on the tragic night.

Harper Memorial Church in Glasgow is planning to celebrate the life of its former pastor who perished on the Titanic.
