Lincolnshire tyre dumper Carl Steele must pay £122

A Lincolnshire businessman who made £2.5m by illegally dumping more than one million tyres has been ordered to pay back £122 by a judge.
Prosecutors began a proceeds of crime investigation after Carl Steele, 33, was jailed for 15 months for dumping tyres in five different counties.
Lincoln Crown Court heard the money was Steel's only available asset and his firm FCM Logistics (Tyres) Ltd had ceased trading.
He has been given six months to pay.
Steele, who has been released from prison on licence, had admitted six charges relating to the illegal storage and treatment of waste tyres at sites in Norfolk, North Yorkshire, Essex and Worcestershire.
The hearing heard how Steel, from Chapel Farm, Deeping St Nicholas, made a total benefit of £2,540,768 from his criminal activity.
