A major rescue was launched at caravan parks in mid Wales after severe flooding. This photograph by Penri James shows the scene at Riverside Caravan Park in Llandre, near Aberystwyth
About 15 caravans at Grosvenor Caravan Park became caught in the flood waters, but their owners managed to get to safety.
The A487 was flooded at Bow Street, a village near Aberystwyth
People at Aberystwyth Holiday Village were some of those rescued when it was hit by flood waters on Saturday morning.
