NI Water cuts non-domestic bills

Northern Ireland Water is to reduce prices for 90,000 business customers for a second year in a row.
From 1 April, charges will be reduced by an average of 4%.
The non-domestic bills are paid by the likes of farmers, small businesses and industry.
Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy said it had been "made possible by NI Water's success in making improvements in efficiency".
"In these difficult economic times, any financial relief for businesses is always very welcome," he said.
The changes to bills have been agreed with the utility regulator.
Last year, tariffs dropped by 2.5%.
The government-owned company also said it would be investing £155m in infrastructure over the next 12 months.
According to Northern Ireland Water a "medium-sized factory" pays a bill of around £3,500 a year and the new tariff will reduce that by almost £150.
