Doctors treating Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teenager shot in the head by a Taliban gunman, hold a news conference to give an update on her condition.
The 14-year-old schoolgirl was flown to Britain on Monday night for treatment after being attacked as a punishment for campaigning for the right to an education.
