Police investigating the abduction of a five-year-old girl from her street in mid Wales, are holding a news conference.
April Jones was with friends near her Machynlleth home when she got into a van at 19:00 BST on Monday.
Earlier, police revealed they had arrested a 46-year-old man - he has been named locally as Mark Bridger.
