Commonwealth singer Pumeza Matshikiza's Scottish lessons

The South African soprano who performed an anthem for freedom at the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony this week explained the task of singing in a Scottish accent.

Pumeza Matshikiza told Andrew Marr about her role in Glasgow, and how she developed her love of music by listening opera on the radio while growing up in a township, before heading to London to study,

On air, she performed a live version of Puccini's aria, O Mio Babbino Caro.
