Lancaster bombers fly over Derwent Dam

The last two airworthy Lancaster bombers in the world have flown over the Derwent Reservoir, in a tribute to the men who practised the Dambusters raid there.

The Lancasters, normally based in Canada and Lincolnshire, passed Derwent Dam in Derbyshire three times on their way back to RAF Coningsby from Southport Air Show.

The Lancasters have come together for a series of events in the UK.
