As each coach competes to ensure they secure the best voices, they have the power to change someone's career with the push of a single button.
For those that do gain a coveted place on one of the four teams, this is just the beginning - over the coming weeks, they will be personally trained and mentored by their superstar coach until one artist is named The Voice UK.
