Free pre-Prom events
Pre-concert events are held in the Concert Hall at Beit Venues, Imperial College Union.
Family Workshops are held in the Dining Hall. Entry for all events is through Beit Quad, Prince Consort Road.
Pre-concert events are free of charge and unticketed (seating is unreserved), with the exception of selected recordings of radio programmes as detailed in the concert listings, for which free tickets will be available from BBC Studio Audiences bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/shows.
Places must be reserved in advance for the Proms Family Workshop on Sunday 25 August.

Please note: prommers who have joined the Royal Albert Hall queue and wish to attend a pre-Prom event should make sure they take a numbered slip from one of the Royal Albert Hall stewards to secure their place back in the queue in time for doors opening.
Event times vary, so please check concert listings before you attend.
Seating at Beit Venues, Imperial College Union, is limited and all pre- Prom events are subject to capacity. We advise arriving early for the more popular events.
Latecomers will be admitted where possible but, as many of these events are recorded for broadcast, you may have to wait until a suitable break. The event stewards will guide you.
