Noam Chomsky explores the decision to intervene in Libya

As Tony Blair defended how he treated Colonel Gaddafi when he was in office, David Cameron said on Wednesday that coalition forces would do everything possible to stop the "murder" of Libyan civilians by pro-Gaddafi forces.

Mr Cameron was speaking from Paris where he was having talks with President Sarkozy.

MIT professor and international philosopher Noam Chomskey told BBC Radio 5 live Up All Night that the UK and US support for Gaddafi was "embarrassing".
