The Hague considers arrest warrants as Gaddafi releases tape

The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague says he'll soon be seeking arrest warrants for three senior Libyan leaders. Colonel Gaddaffi is expected to be amongst them.

Mr Gaddaffi made an audio broadcast on Libyan television on Friday night, saying he was in a place where Nato couldn't get to or kill him.

Adam Mynott reports.
