Mark Kermode savages new Pirates Of The Caribbean film

BBC Radio 5 live's resident movie critic, Mark Kermode, has delivered a devastating critique of the new film Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

The hyperactive reviewer had in the past dismissed the Disney franchise. His ranting review of the previous film in the series, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, has become a cult internet hit.

On the latest edition of the swashbuckling epic, Kermode told presenter Simon Mayo: "Watching it, I was bored. I was just plain bored."
