Ex-Swindon boss Paul Hart joins Charlton academy

Former Swindon manager Paul Hart has joined Charlton as academy director.
The 57-year-old left his position at the County Ground in April after the Robins won just one game during his 11-game tenure.
Charlton chairman Michael Slater told the club website: "Paul joins an academy which has successfully produced players over many years."
Meanwhile the Addicks confirmed Aston Villa scout Jeff Vetere has returned to The Valley as technical director.
Slater added: "Paul will oversee the changes that need to be made next year to ensure we are able to retain our youth academy status within new structures introduced by the Premier League.
"It is vital that manager Chris Powell is provided with up-to-date information on the availability of players and Jeff is the ideal person to head up the new scouting operation. We are delighted he left Villa to join us.
"We will also be appointing seven regional scouts to cover every region of the UK as well as Scotland and Ireland."
Steve Avory will remain in his position as academy manager, but former chief scout Phil Chapple has become scouting co-ordinator.
Elsewhere Keith Peacock has moved from his position as technical director to become football advisor.
